▷ The Chateau Diaries 098: Epiphany & Lalande Tandoori Chicken

This week sees the seasonal festivities continuing at the Chateau de Lalande. I go to visit Dana for the Feast of Epiphany, which, in France, is celebrated with a very special cake. And back at the chateau, we have Indian Night and make Tandoori Chicken in the ancient bread oven. Oh, and there’s a bit of seasonal knitting, too!
