β–· The Chateau Diaries 111: The Little Cup that Lived!

My quarantine inside the Chateau de Lalande is over and I’m finally free to roam around the chateau! My mother and I are able to eat together in the kitchen at last πŸ₯–πŸ§€πŸ·

I discover an accident that befell in one of the bedrooms whilst I was out of the way, but soon cheer up as Mummy shows me the new shoots appearing in the vegetable garden 🌱🏰🌱

I was supposed to post Part 3 of my wonderful holiday with Scotman in Vietnam and Cambodia today, but have spent so long filming an epic tour of the chateau (to be released tomorrow!), that it will have to wait till next week! That’s why the number of this vlog looks out of sequence – episode 110 is delayed 😊

We show you what life is like in an ancient chateau in the heart of the French lockdown, and the creative crafts and activities that we’re turning to to make the most of this period of enforced relaxation.

A very special thank you to all of you who have become Patrons of the Chateau de Lalande. As you can imagine, your help means more to me now than ever. Because of you, I’ll be able to keep living at Lalande and making videos even though our chambres d’hotes income has been decimated by the coronavirus. I’ve been overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity, On behalf of this beautiful chateau that will continue to survive and flourish because of you, thank you!!! What a wonderful vlog Stephanie! There is always so much going on at Chateau Lalande that is interesting and inspiring. Thank you for the delightful tour of the walled garden and Greenhouse today by you and your absolutely precious Mummy. I am an avid fan of ‘The Chateau Diaries’ and love how much fun and excitement you bring to each episode that makes life in your chateaux so entertaining for us all. I am so glad to know that you are now out of your self imposed quarantine and all is well, so you are able to now freely move around in your own home and grounds. I do like the new opening Introduction very much- its a keeper. Our Governor has just issued our mandated shelter in place quarantine until April 13th. Sending love, prayers and best wishes always, Bren from the USA

Hi Stephanie, in Germany they say shards bring luck, if you break anything. Hope this is the case for you. Lovely to see you back .
