▷ THE CHATEAU DIARIES 120: A Day of Upholstery and Martinis!

It was a ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ day at the chateau, as I launched into DIY mode and finally finished upholstering the antique headboards for the Chambre des Oiseaux, using a fragment of the original peacock print fabric from that bedroom. Selmar helped me to plan big changes to make the room truly spectacular, whilst, as usual, the Elusive Nic spent his time worrying sheep. We rounded off a perfect chateau day with Burger and Martini night! The Chateau Diaries Episode 120 ✨🏰✨

A very special thank you to all of you who have become Patrons of the Chateau de Lalande. As you can imagine, your help means more to me now than ever. Because of you, I’ll be able to keep living at Lalande and making videos even though our chambres d’hotes income has been decimated by the coronavirus. I’ve been overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity. On behalf of this beautiful chateau that will continue to survive and flourish because of you, thank you!!! Beautiful fabric, Stephanie, I would like to know where I can find such amazing fabrics, I can’t sew but I have a few friends who can help me with that. You have great patients and endurance to finish your projects.,
